Deposit payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels. We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion and for any reason. In the event of such a cancellation, customers will receive a prorated refund.

  • A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all appointments.
  • Do not apply oil to your hair before your appointment.
  • Arrive with your hair braided down or notify us in advance.
  • Drop off all wigs (except blonde) at least 3 days prior or pay a $30 same-day fee.
  • A $30 same-day squeeze-in fee applies to all bookings.
